Return Policy

Return Policy

Don't adore your Octa™ product? Octa will re-adopt any of its offspring,

including (but not limited to) your TabletTail™.

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may return it

within thirty (30) days of the original order date. Octa will refund

the purchase price, less shipping costs.

How to Return

  1. Email help@octa.com with your order number and

the reason for return.

  1. We'll generate a Return Authorization (RMA) for you.
  2. Put your returned product in a box, along with the RMA, and take the

package to your nearest post office.

Once Octa receives your return, we'll send a confirmation and process your

refund. The funds will be applied to the same account from which the original

purchase was made. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for

credits to appear on their customers' records, so please allow one or two

billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

It's that easy.

Exclusions and Exemptions

For products purchased during a period of backorder, the thirty (30) day

period for returns will begin on the date shipment confirmation is sent.

Octa is not liable for products lost in transit to Octa. International

customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, including but not

limited to taxes, duties, and brokerage.

This return policy applies only to customers making purchases through

Octa.com and Amazon.com. **If you purchased your product elsewhere, please

return it to that location.**

This return policy applies only to the direct end-user purchaser. It does

not apply to dealers, distributors, or any other third parties in a

distribution chain who purchase product for resale, or cover products

purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Octa's

website.

RETURN AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS POLICY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE

ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. OCTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS

PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not

apply to you. This Warranty, Return, and Replacement Policy gives you

specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from

state to state.
