Spider comes in different sizes for different devices. Check the Spider product page and size guide against your tablet dimensions, including its case.

Check your iPad Pro dimensions against the Spider size guide before ordering. If you use a case, include it in the measurement. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.

You can leave the case on if the tablet and case fit within the chosen Spider grip range. Check the dimensions and thickness, especially with keyboard or thick protective cases.

Check the dimensions of your tablet with its OtterBox case against the Spider size guide. If you have an existing Octa uniVERSE adapter, contact us for help with that connection.

Press the release button to open the arms, place your tablet in the holder, and adjust the grip. Follow the Spider Instruction Book for the full steps and illustrations.

Octa holders, arms, and bases use matching connectors. See the connection and locking videos for your parts before assembling them.

Use a smooth, non-porous surface such as glass, a mirror, polished stone, or sealed wood. Textured, porous, and fabric surfaces will not hold a seal. Follow the Vacuum Dock setup guide and check the suction indicator before use.

Use the Wall Mount Instruction Book for mounting steps and hardware guidance. Choose fasteners appropriate for the surface you are mounting to.

No. Gravity Plate is a 1.7 lb steel base that rests on a flat tabletop. Connect Spider through a Bridge or Bridge 360 arm, then check that the stand is balanced.

A component is an individual part, such as Spider, Bridge, or Clamp. A kit includes a set of parts for a tablet stand or mount. Each kit page lists what is included; you can add other components later.

Spider Monkey includes Spider and MonkeyTail. Bend, coil, or tuck the tail to support the tablet without a separate base.

Lynx includes Spider, Bridge, and Clamp. Attach it to a desk edge, rail, pole, or stand, then bend the Bridge to adjust the angle.

Choose the Spider size that fits your iPad, then follow the MonkeyTail setup videos to position and balance it. If you are unsure about your tablet and case combination, contact us before ordering.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Ohio within 1–2 business days. US standard shipping is 3–7 business days. We also offer expedited options at checkout. International shipping timelines vary by destination.

We ship to selected countries. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it — but you can return it after receiving it.

Octa Rings can occasionally loosen with heavy use. In most cases, the ring can be pressed back into its base and the joint will re-secure. See our Octa Ring troubleshooting guide for visual instructions. If the problem persists, contact us for a replacement.
