Lego man holds a miniature Lego iPad, his Lego hands have the perfect grip for iPad.You can make all kinds of things with LEGO building brick toys, from castles to pirate ships to intricate working robots. However, one thing you still can’t quite create out of those colorful blocks is a touchscreen tablet computer that you can browse the web and play games on. But that doesn’t mean that the world of iPads and LEGO don’t intersect in other ways. Read on to see our favorite LEGO-themed apps and iPhone & iPad accessories.

LEGO Photo (Free) – This goofy camera app for iPhone and iPad will snap a picture (or access an existing image) and turn it into a LEGO creation. It’s a simple gimmick, but a fun one. We don’t see a filter like this coming to Instagram any time soon.

Life of George App (Free) & Playset ($29.99) – Virtual and physical worlds collide in this interesting iOS game, which takes advantage of a real world set of 144 LEGO bricks. As you play through the app, you’re given pictures of LEGO structures that you’ll need to build in real life and then place on special dotted mat that is included with the playset. The app then asks you to snap a photo of the completed structure and scores you on your performance, with points for both accuracy and speed. Once you’re a LEGO master who has completed all the puzzles, you can start designing your own and challenging your friends. It’s a simple but well executed concept with tons of replayability, worth checking out by any puzzle fan.

LEGO Bluetooth Headset ($59.95) – Show some LEGO pride by pairing your phone with one of these custom-crafted bluetooth earpiece. Esty shop Databrick will hollow out a 2×4 LEGO brick in a color of your choice and fill it with a high quality headset that can be used with your iPhone or other smartphone.

LEGO iPad ($2) – We’ve shown you how to put a little LEGO in your iOS device, but how about the other way around? eBay is home to a number of crafty sellers who would be happy to provide you a miniature LEGO-universe sized iPad for the next time you want to create a miniature Apple Keynote on your desk. LEGO Tim Cook sold separately.
