Etsy Finds: A Unique iPad Stand or iPad HandleEvery iPad might be pretty much the same, but that doesn’t mean we all have to use them the same way. Etsy, the online marketplace for handmade goods, is a great place to find unique accessories that you won’t see anywhere else. We’ve gone on the hunt for an interesting iPad Stand or iPad Handle to make our iPad stand out. Take a look at what we found.

DarwinMachine Frameshift ($59) – Built by hand from aircraft grade aluminum and stainless steel fasteners, this iPad stand is heavy on industrial good looks. It provides a place for your iPad to sit that can be adjusted to any viewing angle for various scenarios, and folds totally play when out of use. Available in red, blue, or black, it’d look great in your futuristic military base.

Black Walnut iPad Stand ($49.99) – Not high on versatility, this rustic wooden iPad stand makes up for it with eye appeal. Made from a single bent strip of solid walnut, it will hold your tablet at a 15-degree angle, allowing it to function like a very pretty monitor, as long as you stay in one place.

Vintage Rustic iPad TV ($280) – Like something out of an episode of The Flintstones, this iPad stand mimics a prehistoric TV set carved from a huge chunk of wood. Your iPad sits inside of the set and acts as the screen for this TV, which includes a series of holes throughout to help amplify sound naturally. Definity silly looking, this would be a fun option for an iPad lover with a big budget to burn on goofy gifts and accessories.

All-In-One Stand ($31) – The Do-It-Yourself charm of Etsy makers can be found in this combination iPad Stand/iPad Handle, which is most certainly the product of some home woodshop experimentation. By arranging a series of dowel rods in particular slots, you can set this iPad handle to portrait or landscape mode and then slot in your iPad for a giant-lollipop-style grip that would be convenient for extended use at awkward angles. You’ll also look really, really goofy doing it, if that’s the kind of thing you’re into.
